Yoga and mediation can provide the Warrior “within” us with the valuable tools that foster the equanimity and inner resilience we need to bring back a sense of peace and ease in our lives.

This Veterans Day, our Inaugural Bend Don’t Break Fundraiser will raise the necessary funds to support our mission of delivering free trauma-informed yoga to the military & first responder community here in Massachusetts.

Please join our organization Saturday, November 11th at Medusa Brewing Co in Hudson for a special fundraising event.

The day will kick-off with a group Brewery Yoga Class at 10:30am, led by WWYP instructor and US. Air Force Veteran, Steve Cannon! Limited tickets available.

Afterwards, we will be hanging out at the brewery 12pm to 4pm where the public is welcome to come say hello and participate in our in-person raffle & online silent auction.
