Frequently asked questions
-
Yes. Our “Warrior” classes are exclusive and completely free to all veterans, service members, first responders (including retired), and their families and/or caretakers.
We are able to provide these classes free of charge with the support of foundations, sponsors and donors.
-
We will provide yoga mats and any needed gear for the yoga sessions. However, if you happen to have your own mat you prefer to use, please bring that.
You may also want to bring water and an extra light layer of clothing depending on the time of year or what facility we are in.
-
Wear comfortable fitting clothing that allow for movement. Gym shorts, athletic pants, sweats, yoga pants etc are preferable over jeans or slacks.
During class, we typically remove our shoes, and many may choose to remove their socks. If you plan to wear socks and have a pair that has grips on the bottom, those tend to offer more support than standard socks.
But, in short, don’t worry too much about what to wear.

Use the above schedule to find a class and then click “book now”. New participants will be asked to create a profile on our booking system and sign up for a Free WWYP Membership. You can then register for our classes or get access to our On Demand Library.
