Join us at CraftRoots Brewing in Milford on Saturday, October 28th for a Halloween themed Beer & Yoga class to benefit local veterans & first responders.

Beginners & experienced practitioners alike are invited to join our instructor, Helen Sabolek, for the 60-minute all-levels class.

In the spirit of Halloween, only a few days away, you are invited to get creative, festive and or spooky by wearing a costume to class!

Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer or beverage of your choice (included) at the brewery.

Proceeds from the class, benefit our 501(c)3 and will support our mission of bringing yoga into the lives of veterans & first responders.
