Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer (included) at the brewery. 

Your participation not only helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts but also strengthens the community by bridging the gap between the public and those who serve.
