Start your Saturday at Medusa Brewing in Hudson with yoga & beer to help bring the power of yoga to local veterans and first responders to benefit Warrior Within Yoga Project.

Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer (included) at the brewery. 

Your participation not only helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts but also strengthens the community by bridging the gap between the public and those who serve.
