This 60-minute all-levels Brewery Yoga class will be led by WWYP founder, Lauren Turner, inside the taproom at Medusa Brewing Co. located at 111 Main St. in Hudson.

Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer/drink (included). Make it an afternoon and stay for tacos from Taco Gato who is onsite at the Brewery.

Proceeds from this event support our nonprofit and helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts.
