Our Warrior Yoga classes are designed specifically for the veteran and first responder community and provide tools to manage stress and increase resilience.
All our classes are beginner-friendly and made to be safe & accessible especially to those who are “inflexible” or who have a traumatic brain-injury.
Our well-trained instructors will deliver a secular style of yoga, focused on the proven mind-body benefits of yoga instead of the spiritual or philosophical aspects of yoga in order to make the class inclusive.
