We are back at Medusa to wrap up 2023 with Brewery Yoga once again! Last year this event completely sold out!

Join us as we wrap up th eyear with yoga, beer & tacos all to help bring the power of yoga to local veterans and first responders.

This 60-minute all-levels Brewery Yoga class will be led by instructor Vicky Roja inside the taproom at Medusa Brewing Co. on Main St. in Hudson.

Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer/drink (included) at the brewery. Make it an afternoon and stay for tacos from Taco Gato who is onsite at the Brewery.

Your participation not only helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts but also strengthens the community by bridging the gap between the public and those who serve.

We do anticipate selling out, so please purchase your tickets in advance.
