Erin Harper

Erin Harper is currently the Director of Foundation Relations at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). At WPI since June 2019, Erin collaborates with faculty and staff at the university to secure philanthropic funding from foundations and corporate partners.

Prior to joining WPI, Erin served in the Director of Development role at local nonprofits including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/MetroWest, the Boys & Girls Clubs of MetroWest, and the Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism. Erin has a BA in Communication Studies in addition to an MBA. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Worcester Public Library Foundation and previously served on the Boards for the Baypath Humane Society and Leadership MetroWest. A native of Sutton, MA, she has resided in Upton, MA, for over a decade.

Erin was originally introduced to the Warrior Within Yoga Project through her volunteer work as a mentor in the E for All Business Accelerator Program. She deeply believes in the important work we do!
