This 60-minute all-levels Brewery Yoga class will be led by instructor Steve Cannon outdoors at Medusa Brewing Co's Beer Garden located at 1 Houghton St. in Hudson.

Following the session, we encourage you to stay and enjoy some camaraderie and a beer/drink (included) at the beer garden. Make it an afternoon and stay for tacos from Taco Gato who is onsite at the Brewery.

*In the event of rain or extreme weather, the class will be moved indoors inside Medusa's tap room.

Proceeds from this event support our nonprofit and helps to bring trauma-informed yoga to our Warriors in locations across Massachusetts,.
